Eric Mausner is a third-generation lawyer, which helps to explain his long standing interest in the law, government, and public service. Before founding his own law firm, Eric gained valuable experience with civil litigation while working at a prominent plaintiff’s law firm in Miami, Fl. That firm handled cases that included catastrophic injury, product liability, and wrongful death. He has continued practicing in those fields at his own firm while also expanding his practice to include the following:
- Automobile accidents (including Uber/Lyft, scooter, truck, motorcycle, etc.)
- Slip/trip and fall accidents
- Negligent security cases
- Sexual assault
- Wrongful death
Eric’s law firm also handles cases involving lawsuits and claims against pharmaceutical and medical device companies that make dangerous or defective products. At this time the Eric Mausner Law Firm is working on cases involving the following companies and products:

Prior to his becoming a personal injury attorney, Eric served as Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. During that time he investigated and prosecuted hundreds of cases involving violent crimes such as attempted homicides, sex crimes, narcotics trafficking, and DUIs. Eric has also worked in the New York County District Attorney’s Office and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. During his time as prosecutor Eric gained valuable litigation and courtroom experience that he uses to help all of his clients.
After serving his community for more than a decade Eric Mausner knows and understands how important it is to fight for the individual, which is why he is dedicated to representing people who have been injured by the negligent actions of others.
Eric Mausner earned his B.A. degree from George Washington University and his J.D. from the New York Law School. He lives in Miami, Fl and is allowed to practice the law in Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Washington D.C. He is also a counsel to the Whitehead Law Firm, LLC, a mass tort law firm based in Lafayette Louisiana that handles cases involving dangerous pharmaceuticals and defective medical devices.
